Bryan Lee Young was located on Friday, Feb. 28, after disappearing two days earlier from his home on the 2500 block of Gulf Mills Place.
State police launched an investigation and urged the public to help find Young, who left on foot without his cell phone.
Authorities confirmed he was found safe and is receiving medical care but did not disclose further details about his condition.
